Lost my overwatch leauge grey and white skins

Today after I changed the battle net account linked to my ps4 I lost my white and grey overwatch leauge skins for mercy and ana.

I didn’t get them back even when I switched back to my old battle net account, I’m currently using the new one. My other overwatch leauge team skins are still there the only ones missing are the grey and white skins.

Unfortunately you need to remain on the same BattleNet account in order to retain any streaming rewards. I don’t think anything can be done about this.
