Lost Connection (WinMtr log attached)

Losing connection randomly while playing custom games, mayhem, and competitive modes.

Win 10 (up to date), wifi 5g,
Running on an Asus router w/ updated firmware.
Disabled all startup services except windows needed.
Updated drivers
Followed instructions about disabling the Killer Network Prioritization.

**Had to add spaces to bypass the “links in post” rule.

You didn’t run the tests for very long, but you’re experiencing packet loss; both on your home equipment and the lines coming in. You can probably spot it start happening if you watch the WinMTR, or if you run it for a long time so the numbers are averages on each hop.

Played for an hour now on mayhem arcade mode with no issues yet.

I started each test when I joined a game. I would start logging as soon as I could get the IP. I copy the log during my disconnect.

I powered down both the router and the modem with all of the wires disconnected to allow them to reset.

You’re still showing mild packet loss on your home equipment, and you’re experiencing some major lag as your connection approaches Denver. I would present this test info to your ISP, especially if you lease your home networking equip.
