Hi there. I lost connection to the game server around 15 mins ago. It completely kicked me out of the match. I tried logging back in and found out that I was suspended for 3.5 - 4 mins and I lost 50 SR. This has never happened before and my internet connection was perfectly fine the entire time (able to access web pages, messenger etc.) Can I please have my SR back? Thanks.

As for your connection, just because webpages and other services are working fine doesn’t mean there is no issue between you and the Blizzard servers for Overwatch. Can you provide a WinMTR so we can rule it out?
