WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

There are no disconnections showing in the WinMTR. However, there are large lag spikes on the Charter nodes in Chicago, which may be contributing to the issue.

Thanks for the reply!

Is there anything you would recommend on how to move forward?
I noticed when running WinMTR during a disconnect that the ‘Sent’ & ‘Recv’ counters became mismatched (that packets dropped).

I can keep doing captures, and posting them here. To at least confirm is a charter/spectrum routing issue, then work with them. Just wanted to confirm there wasn’t anything on the battle.net end that I could try first?

The test already confirmed lag in the middle of their network. Your next step will be to address it with them. I’m also their customer, so I truly wish you luck in this process.

In the meantime, you may consider using a free VPN to possibly avoid those laggy nodes.
