Lost 100 OWL Tokens for an old skin for Echo

I’ve spent 100 OWL tokens for a SF Shock 2018 Skin for Echo (On PC by the way) that was somehow available to purchase via Hero Gallery Filters. This also applied for the old Florida Mayhem and Los Angeles Valiant skin. After a few games later, the skin just disappeared from the Hero Gallery for me (had it equipped as well) and put me back onto default skin (even though currently not equipped). So I pretty much lost the skin and 100 OWL Tokens. A few SF Shock Fans I know experienced the same problem as well.

Hi, they already made a post about this and that they are looking to refund the tokens.

Echo Contenders and 2018 Home/Away Skins Erroneously Made Available With the release of Echo today, Contenders and the 2018 Home/Away skins were erroneously made available for purchase with OWL Tokens. The skins have since been disabled and are no longer available in-game. The team is currently looking into refunding OWL Tokens used to purchase these skins. We apologize for the inconvenience.
