From transitioning from OW1 to OW2, I have lost almost 400 hours in the game. I was a level 1,017 with 1,038 hours, I am now at 610 hours in OW2. Whenever I try to play game browser, it doesn’t include minutes or hours for that either. I have played game browser for a long time in OW2 and I have a total of 10 minutes on my career profile. All my heroes have the wrong hours because of me losing so many hours in the first game. This bug has started since day 1, and it still has not been fixed. I WILL CONTINUE TO CONTACT YOU. I HAVE ALREADY TRIED DOING SO 3 TIMES, BUT YOUR SUPPORT ALWAYS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY HOUR LOSS.
