Losing connection on Retribution/Uprising Expert or Legendary

For whatever reason, I would lose connection when I try to solo queue into either mode on legendary. So far if I queue with a friend I’m fine but most of the time they’re not on and I want to try to get the achievement for Legendary Retribution.

In addition it taps out my internet on my PC. If it helps my ISP is Charter

Are you only disconnecting in the PVE modes? Please follow these instructions:

Yeah I’m only disconnecting from PVE modes. It doesn’t happen with the lower difficulties, just the higher ones.
