For the past 4 or so months on xbox I have been receiving duplicates only in my lootboxes. There has been the occasional item within the lootboxes but they’re mainly duplicates. The Overwatch team told me that the chances for duplicates were low to none, but I cant get any of the locked items cause of the duplicates, I’ve wasted so much money cause of them.
