I finished this week’s events and got 10 loot boxes as an event reward, and 2 from other activities.
I haven’t opened any of them, but somehow only 1 boxes remained unopened, and the other 11 disappeared, and at the same time counted as an opened box on the screen. But I didn’t receive any reward skin or voice from disappeared 11.

this happened to me, i completed the challenges on the first day the season dropped, had about 13 loot boxes, only opened like 5, got off for the day and when i logged in the next day my game says “7 loot boxes opened, 0 Remaining”…?? I dont know what to do and it currently still says this… i was literally robbed of my boxes even tho i didnt open anything???
