I thought loot boxes were supposed to favor not giving you duplicates? The last 7+ loot boxes I have gotten a total of 4 items that were not duplicates… I still have at least 1/2 the items in game still available… THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN! I am not the only one. I have at least 1 other friend who is in the same boat.
You’re past level 300 though, so it should be expected that you’d get duplicates almost every time you open one. Also, Jeff stated that loot boxes will have lowered chances of getting duplicates. If there’s anything to be mad at, it would be RNG.

It’s loot boxes - what are you expecting? Sometimes you get dupes and sometimes you don’t.
The change doesn’t mean you’ll be getting nearly-all new items. It means that if you were to get an epic (purple) or legendary (orange), the odds are in your favor that they’ll be new.
Essentially, the boxes first roll for the rarity, then once those are chosen it determines what you get inside.
It’s because you may have most of the collection already so it has to retain some sense of rarity and progress.
You got all whites and blues. Thats why you get dupes.
It is also based on rarity. So if you have every rarity unlocked except legendaries, your lootbox can still roll 4 blues/whites. If this happens the only thing you can get is dups.
There are two RNG checks. First is rarity, then which item within that rarity category.
How do you think I feel, I own like 90% of the stuff in this game, and I get duplicates all the freaken time, even when the servers are crammed with new content.
Ditto, I have been getting Dupes for 150+ levels, except for events but most the events I got all the old stuff so I just get the new stuff til I got them all again and get dupes.

Yup I am right there with you being just under 600. Only time I get non dupes is Epics, and Legendaries, and then the firstish week of events. Then back to dupes. But on the plus side of things, almost all my heroes have 75+/90 on almost all my heroes.
Ye, I am always missing like 1 or 2 skins, and various other thing from each event, no matter how many loot boxes I open, it’s a tad frustrating at times.
Kinda wish there were more free loot boxes per week, I don’t really mind if it became like 20 wins up from 3 after the 3 loot boxes are earned to get more free loot boxes.
At least by then it will feel like us players are always earning something, even if it is drastically slower than the initial 3.
