Dont be surprised if you get the 100 tokens from signing up the newsletter earlier than May 6. I’ve just got them when i logged in. You will get an “OWL tokens granted” banner on the bottom like for the free event loot boxes at every event beginning.

Yeah, I got them, too. I’m grateful for 'em - I’ve been at 199 OWL tokens for the longest time. I would have been annoyed to miss out on this MVP skin if it turns out to be a decent Zarya skin, since she’s not a character with a good selection.
