Looked at Mercy's Dragoon skin and

Well…the design of it looks nice and it almost look like something a Wow or Lol would wear but…a dragon skin in my opinion is a bit off for Mercy.

Plus, green ABSOLUTELY don’t go well for her in my book.

Anyone else have a similar or different opinion on it?

Not going to lie, this skin should have been called alligator

Alligator with wings…

Jesus that is actually terrifying to imagine.

Can we appreciate the hard work that have been put into the Dragoon skin? For me it’s the best skin in the entire event I’m going to buy it with my eyes closed

It is something different. The helmet is rly cool. And it is open for the hair. I rly like it.
The staff has scales (like the Lucio Medusa skin thing), just bigger. Give it a chance. I think it is an awesome addition.

Mister Kaplan-shi’s Dragon Mom

I love the design but am disgusted by the colour scheme. Are Blizz trying to indirectly ship her with Genji or something?

Besides that, if green is truly here to stay (as hideous as it is), at least it’d look good with Zarya’s Chinese New Year skin.

That’s probably why I love it so much

A darker shade of green or darker colours would have made it so much better LMAO

The green reminds me of that magic green dragon tv show for toddlers

I guess I was just a little disappointed that Blizzard fudged the definition of ‘dragoon’. Imagine an armour-wearing, polearm wielding Mercy, or a more military uniform!

Disregarding that, I think the skin is fine, although I’m not a big fan of the helmet. The rest looks fine imo, but I’ll probably be using other skins if I play her.

Don’t get me wrong. I appreciate all the work the people did to make it. It’s just that it seems a little off for her.

Plus, it’s really surprising they didn’t make the skin for Genji or Hanzo, especially when they use dragons as their ultimate.

Why not? it’s their game they can do what they like.

The helmet is so ugly, but the rest looks nice.

Why the helmet, though?

Dragons have been green before? Just because Game of thrones and Harry Potter popularized monochrome grey-brown-purple-black dragons doesn’t mean that’s how they should always be. D&D has green dragons. Pete’s Dragon was green. The cover dragon on the final Eragon book is green…

Mercy doesn’t have much in the way of the color green on her skin pallette. This is fine. Not every skin will appeal to everyone.

They probably didn’t want it to look like the FF Dragoon helmet for legal reasons xD Does Blizzard have a Dragoon class themselves? Or is that actually a FF brand thing?

This is just me, but I think the reason she has it is because of jumps–super jump/dragoon. That’s what I got from it

I’m thankful she’s getting a legendary skin, but I admit I’m underwhelmed. Apparently blizzard doesn’t know what a dragoon is: mounted infantry. I was hoping for some cool, military style skin. Oh well. At least she got buffed!

No a dragon theme on mercy is great, but that helmet looks chunky and big and a bit cartoonish and covers her entire face and is green, I mean they could’ve went with red and black it’s a killer combo.
But I guess that mercy also needed an “ok, meh” skin since all of her skins are freaking beautiful and lit.

I mean it should be pretty obvious at this point that they’re on board with Gency

It’s been 1 or two years, so she doesn’t have enough skins.
