Login Session Expired issue

So I just started getting this “your login session has expired” issue.
No idea what’s causing it. It shouldn’t even happen, and it has never happened before.

Really now. I’m on a decent connection, has always been on 4ms ping until recently which increased to 18ms. Not to blow things out of proportion but that’s more than 4x the previous lag.

Hi there Azuki,

I looked over this and would love to help out with the “your login session has expired” issue. I must ask, this is on the blizzard app? If so, then lets go ahead and remove it and reinstall it :slight_smile:. Sometimes things break.

Perform Steps 1-5 here after that do not reinstall yet but follow these additional steps:

  1. Open file explorer/file manager
  2. Type the following into the address bar (not the search bar): %APPDATA%
  3. Delete the Bnet and blizzard folders inside the appdata folder if they exist.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 with %LOCALAPPDATA% and %TEMP%
  5. Empty the recycle bin.
