same here just logged in and my heros are locked… they were never locked for me at launch

Same thing is happening to me and all my friends as well.
Blizzard do better. Could you at least acknowledge that there are game breaking bugs like this? Maybe try testing your games before you release them.

same and missing a few skins
Same problem, i had all heroes unlocked as normal but then after the maintenance most of them became locked
My heros are locked on pc but unlocked on xbox. wtf blizzard
I haven’t had my skins and heroes unlocked at all I merged and everything but I lost all my data and I can’t seem to get em back at all, my hereos are locked for me since launch, my icons are missing, my skins and emotes are missing. I don’t have anything and I have suffered this problem since launch

I have the same issue here I had all my characters and then they were blocked
Same here. Hero’s were unlocked and played yesterday, today they’re locked. Tried rebooting PS5, no help. Tried logging out of battle.net, then back in, still same.
