Today I played my last placement games with friends to get ranked and immediately started the climb. We played around 7 ranked matches and in 2 of them, when my friends joined the match, I heard the sounds of the hero selection screen but my screen only showed me the main menu. Since the match didn’t started I cannot reenter the match manually, hence the games thinks I left the game/match and gives me the penalty of leaving in the hero selection menu.
It’s really bitter to lose 100 points and now I’m banned from playing ranked for 2 hours even tho I did nothing wrong. The match just didn’t wanted to load.
