Lifeweaver is just a sentient Illari pylon

I have not seen enough evidence in my games to prove otherwise

I honestly would rather a weaver over an Illari. I’m sure at higher levels of play her ability to help secure kills is more useful. But people suck with her (sorry everyone :joy:)

Not sure what you mean

That describes Mercy more than weaver though

Illari’s main utility is dealing damage, she is on the same boat with Bap, Zen, Ana, maybe Juno and Kiri but does damaging worse comparing of them. She need to constantly deal crit shots to be useful than heroes on that boat

Edit: lol, I thought that you replied to Lazypeon

sentient is not the word i would use to describe a lifeweaver player

Agreed. I’d have used words like “warm” and “caring”. Thank you, Lifeweavers.

Pylon can’t pull you off the point in overtime.

“Come here will you?” … “DEFEAT”

Also pylon can’t pull you directly into an ultimate causing you to die.

"Die…
“You’re better off with me”
“Die Die”
Dies as commanded
Lifeweaver didn’t want to die alone.

LW is one of the lower skill floor support and one of the high skill ceiling in the game
I would argue the only support that has this high skill ceiling too is lucio, and imo LW is higher

Last week I was stuck by Tracers pulse and as a good teammate stood perfectly still so nobody else suffered the same fate.

My Lifeweaver had other ideas though and yoinked me, killing both himself and our Juno.

But I survived

I just tend to get the worst Lifeweaver players on the planet. Every once in a blue moon I somehow get a goated one that makes me realize how he can work. But the rest of my games I have a hard time telling if they are just that bad or griefing me. The only players on my avoid list currently are Lifeweaver players who cost me games with bad pulls.

As I’ve said before I dont think I’ve ever had a game with a Lifeweaver and enjoyed it. Even if they’re actually carrying they make the game such hard work when it doesn’t need to be.

It’s always the damn pulse bombs

Like I will have combat roll, or I have wraith to survive it but they wanna save the day

they will mistime it basically every single and end up killing themselves or someone else on the team

I’ll never understand why some of you guys always feel the need to belittle certain heroes… especially when Lifeweaver has so many possibilities in terms of gameplay…

If you only meet average Lifeweaver players, it only says that you’re at a elo where it’s completely logical for you to be matched with them (and that the rest of the team probably plays more or less the same way).

And it’s okay… but before judging, share a replay code, just so I can take a look at the way other players in the match play (and I’ll tell you what rank / elo it is ).

It’s easy to single out one hero from your games without comparing them to the general level of gameplay from that same match :man_shrugging:…

Has it ever occurred to you that maybe it was related to the elo / rank you’re at ? Again, I’m not judging (and maybe you’re at a high elo) but games where nothing happens without Ana’s anti for instance, clearly means that DPS are unable to get kills without supports being effective…

When I play Lifeweaver, I almost always make my input worth it… but I’m also doing a lot of damage and really worked on my aim with projectiles… Maybe that’s the issue with the Lifeweaver players you meet that only heals… ?

cos he’s pretty much the biggest troll pick in the game. the hero simply makes the game an uphill battle from spawn

it’s easy to single out a hero thats trolling my game by playing that meme of a hero
