From personal experience? Yes.
Because they’re young. It’s just that simple. Age absolutely plays a role in how you view people. Nobody gets matched with a child and expects them to be good at the game or be capable of playing on the same field you are.
It’s not about being annoying its about what they contribute to the team.
Again, not about manners. Being nice or mean doesn’t compare to what they can contribute to the team and if they can properly give value or not. If I play with a kid that’s grandmaster level amazing, that’s cool, i’m gonna relinquish prior assumptions. But I don’t get matched with a kid and assume he’s going to be good at the game, because that’d be silly. I’m not mad they’re playing videogames I just don’t think they should be playing competitively because a majority of kids won’t understand any kind of tech or gameplay mechanics that go into it. I can’t stop them, obviously, but that doesn’t mean I have to like it.
