I see not feeding folks who seek to use said feed to assess blame as keeping the peace - but that said, folks who look for ways to blame are willfully disrupting the peace

Trolls do not require responses to feed. In fact, one of their favorite feasts is enough silence to let their trolling go uncontested.

If I tell such a person I have silver healing as Mercy, I give them ammo to go off right then and there.

If I am silent and they go off anyway, thats without anything I supplied to them
