Lets get constructive: How to implement 5v5 the right way

I don’t have to come up with a suggestion to be allowed to point out the flaws in yours. I don’t make movies, and I can still tell you that The Room is terrible.

Explain to me why it’s fair to hold DPS and Supports accountable and punish them for 5v5? I genuinely feel bad for tanks for getting shafted with this, but screwing the rest of the players isn’t the way.

Right, and this is unfortunate, but isn’t going to happen every game. But the tank banning off is - by your suggestion - going to happen every game.

There aren’t any “flawless” solution to make 5v5 better because it is flawed from the core.
It is about finding a way to minimize the overall negative impact of it’s implementation and every role will be negatively affected by it.

What you are saying is “This affects other roles as well so we can’t possibly do this because it is unfair” and that is simply not a realistic expectation to have in the situation we are in.

Explain to me how it is fairer to basically solely take this one out on the backs of the Tank players, than to distribute the negative effects as fairly as possible among all roles?

So you are against a change that would make the Tank experience much better just to keep the small possibility in the game, that you could somehow talk the Tank player into playing a hero he doesn’t want to play :woman_facepalming:
