She is clearly not meant to be a predator like DPS killer who comes out of stealth and just drops a person. If that was the goal, a spy like 1vs1 DPS burst “winning” sort of hero they would have already made her that way.
She has always been utility first, DPS 2nd… Players are not really meant to 1v1 with her.
