So, hear me out, I know a lot of people support the penalty but it doesn’t really solve anything. People either don’t care and leave anyways or they stay and throw/be toxic. Making it more strict/a higher punishment like banning people from playing temporarily would be a better system (similar to comp like 15-30 minutes) to prevent people from leaving, however it’s only going to make even more people stay and throw. If people want to rage quit then that’s better then having them stay in and throw. I’d rather have the chance to get a better teammate and be down one temporarily than be stuck with one toxic player.
