I think you need to revisit the leave penalty system. There are multiple times when I get dcd from the game server and before I can even reconnect it hits me with a penalty and the game closes… Why even give me the option to reconnect if it was something out of my control? I think you need to extend the time frame for people who get dcd rather than “leave” game. I am sure there is a way to figure that out in 2026. AND if you ARE trying to reconnect then it should not be the same penalty as someone who leaves in game. There should be two separate punishments for someone who literally clicks the “leave game” and “confirm” instead of just getting booted from the server and game.

This happened with me also it’s happened so many times now that I’m banned for the season and the most annoying part is that when i go to make a ticket to see if I can get unbanned it’s the same annoying things goes through the process then it just takes me to the forums instead of making a ticket so they can help me, I’m more annoyed that I cant make a ticket than anything else.
