Hi!
I have an issue with my connection in Overwatch. When everything is working fine I get around 150-170 ping connecting to EU servers but then at sometimes, and sometimes for days on end I get really high and fluctuating ping making the game unplayable. 250-350ms.
I have a strong suspicion that the issue is with my service provider but the problem is when I run ping tests and looking glass, the results show that everything is fine, and I get responses like 160ms, but when I go in game its way higher (250+ms).
I would like to rule out possible causes and hopefully figure out where the problem is and take action accordingly.
The looking glass results below are taken just now while in game I’m consistently get 250+ms latency and those connection loss and packet drop orange icons are flashing.
