Latency in EU with pathping

Hi, I tried running a pathping according to the blizzard support article:

I am situated in South Africa and normal ping to EU servers is between 150-160 in game. I run fibre and I am pretty much as close to the actual sea cable (my ping to my ISP is 3ms). Running the path trace (local IP addresses and desktop names blotted out) I see this:

From what I see in lines 7 to 10 we are indeed getting to the UK at 155ms but from there to the overwatch server something is going on?
