AQ4HVX – Replay code
Myself and many other players were held hostage due to a 4 stack of players that were respawning and then immediately jumping off of the ledge with high mobility characters in 4v4 deathmatch.
Even with heroes like Sigma, pharah, doomfist with plenty of boops/knockbacks to try to register environmental kills it was an unrealistic challenge to keep up with the respawn algorithm (that tends to spawn you away from the enemy team).
The match finally ended at the 10m timer, but not before myself and many others were flagged for AFK multiple times from simply not being able to find or engage the enemy.
If we would have left the game, we would have accumulated black marks, not the toxic enemy team exploiting game rules to torment other players.
What’s disheartening is I know that despite multiple waves of players reporting them THIS match, these accounts will not see any black marks or repercussions for their actions.
Matches like these are becoming far too common in all game modes. The lack of response and initiative from the developers and GM’s has made players lose hope and integrity in the report system:
- LFG tool is just a throwstack creator, and a free renaming tool.
- Comp SR means nothing in 2021 because of the immense amount of hackers, throwers, boosters, and griefers.
*Players frequently see lack of consequences for toxic / manipulative game play, encouraging more players to participate in these actions.
Where are the GM’s to ensure quality game play for the consumer?
Why should anyone in their right mind purchase OW2 if this is game state blizzard is proud of.
