So we queued up for a game, but when it said it was ready,it said unable to join and my whole team lost 50sr, this happened twice within the span of 3 queues making me lose 100 sr without even starting a match, so I’m requesting my 100 sr be granted back to me.

You arent the only one this has happened to, just happened to me and many others too. I hope I get my 50 sr back. but also if you play your other roles, you lose ten in those roles too, so you probably lost 140, or anyone who plays all roles. You lose 50 on the role youre playing, 10 on other 2. Its insane and I’m kinda annoyed too.

It’s a server issue and the devs are aware and working on it. Please avoid queuing for comp until we receive confirmation it’s fixed!

The advice in the FAQ says not to join high-stakes (competitive) queues while the bugs are being fixed. But that would mean we would need to check for a known bug EVERYTIME we want to join a “high-stakes queue.” That is a ridiculous thing to ask from players. The better solution would be to disable the competitive mode until the bug is fixed. We shouldn’t have to risk losing SR every-time we don’t check to see if a bug has occurred. Will Blizzard even announce when it’s found/fixed? Disabling the queue during a bug-fix would solve both these problems and not require an announcement outside of the game.

Same bull crap happened to me, I’m banned now from competitive. If we’re not supposed to queue up while they look into it, shouldn’t they just disable competitive all together so other players don’t get screwed over like we did?

Why wouldn’t you give the SR back when it’s the games fault, that’s what the support is for what’s the point in reporting an issue if it doesn’t matter to the teams at blizzard highly unprofression

Though I’m not queuing for Competitive, it still happened to me and my endorsement has gone down for the first time in awhile. I really hope nothing happens with your SR like my endorsement

Have they said if they will give back SR or Endorsment points? It just removed a full point from my Endorsements too.
