I was connecting to a comp game and i was stuck on the screen where it shows the general rank of players in the lobby. I was stuck in the screen for excessive amount of time and i got banned for an hour.
Does anyone know any reason why i got banned when i could not connect and how to fix this issue?

been happening to me as well. I’m now banned for 20 hours and will probably be banned from the whole competitive season soon
