I control the characters in the game, and suddenly the characters move or the keys do not work. I cannot control the characters. The chat button in the game will also fail. But this problem does not appear in other games.

Were you using any background programs with overlays? (Usually Discord)
If so, then that’s the issue.
Overwatch doesn’t support overlays.
It can crash your client or cause black screens.
But the most common case is that it turns invisible.
It can sometimes be fixed by pressing the keys that toggle the overlay.
If that doesn’t work then i recommend you close the background program.
The random moving is something that can be fixed by enabling the High Precision Mouse Input option.
You can find it under:
Settings > Gameplay > Scroll down > Set High Precision Mouse Input to ON
