The problem: Permanent invisability. This is the core issue to everything wrong with Sombra. I said in the past this change isn’t healthy and I still stand by that. So, how do we fix it? Move stealth to a RESOURCE METER. This is one ability that really, really needs to be on a meter. Not only does it eliminate the perma invis, but also raises her skill floor. This aims to make her work for her damage while retaining her stealth gameplay.

Is it perfect? Hell no. In my opinion, as someone who has played a lot of Sombra, this rework approaches every frustration and makes her more engaging to play.
