You can only get them with overwatch coins and not credits 
I can buy them with credits. Do you have under 500 credits?

Nope, i have 11000
People who had the same problem as me say it happened to them but they restarted and it fixed the problem so I’ll try that again when i next play, apparently thats worked for people who like me couldnt get them
