When I choose the BLINK BOOTS power, I am unable to cancel flight. I’ve tried it on the hold and the toggle setting but neither fixes it, you are locked into glide for the full duration once you press it. I’m not sure if this is intended, if so I would think there would be text to say, so I’m guessing not.
If you try to spam the cancel button when doing Glide Boost, it takes a certain milliseconds before you can actually cancel it earlier. This cancel delay is most likely added to prevent people from canceling the skill by mistake when spamming the key during hectic gameplay. When you equip the Blink Boots power, the duration reduction is so high that Glide Boost only lasts for around a second. Because of this, there really isn’t enough time to cancel it while also having this cancel prevention delay system.
Good theory but the problem is when you also take the ability to give you extra glide boost duration, the blink glides actually do last much longer and no longer feel like a blink movement, but they are still not able to be cancelled. There is where the problem becomes very obvious and broken as you’re just locked into the animations for the entire duration
