I 1/2 way agree. Junkrat has a very low skill floor(can get ridiculous value just spamming at chokes) , but also one of the highest skill ceilings requireing insanse map knowledge as rats can stand on weird high ground spots that nobody else can and resource management as one of your main forms of damage is also your only form of movement. Soo… depending on rank and location he either require no skill or a lot of skill.

Junkrat is one of those characters that requires major skill with bank shots the higher in rank you get the more you see these type of plays. plus the whole mine jump bank shot kill lol. Junkrat just keeps a lot of flack because people think just because you can get ez kills by spamming but if you have a team using walls or a shield tank he becomes a lot harder to secure those elims with until you start to figure out every maps bank shot corners and such.
