There are apparently devs who love snipers and simply stand up for them and are adamant that heroes who can one-shot-kill you with a single mouse-click from their basic gun with no cooldown can possibly be balanced in a hero-shooter without any problems.
Worse…that the problems that snipers introduce are valuable features rather than problems and are just the way things should be.
