I have been trying to get the Junker Queen achievement for a long time now because its the last achievement I need for all hero achievements. This achievement was taking a ridiculous amount of time to complete and I thought maybe it was bugged. I now have the proof.
In this video I use carnage on the Orisa, get a 5 man ult then I throw my knife into Ashe and cause Hanzo and Ana to get hit by it on the way back. I even meleed Ana and Hanzo before I died to make sure they were bleeding. This is a total of 9 bleeds and even if the bleed from carnage ended on Orisa I still would have had 8 bleeding enemies. When I realized I didn’t get the achievement I looked online and found other people who encountered the same problem. It is really frustrating that this bug has been in the game since launch and nothing has been done about it. Since I have proven that I got the achievement with room to spare, I believe I should be awarded the spray.

I know that if I had been this impressively sweaty in the pursuit of an achievement, I would want it awarded to me as well. Reward the sweat, Blizzard! Reward it!!!

the same thing happened to my brother. he’s gotten it like 10 time at this point but the bug is messing everything up

I understand you want the achievement, but there are real worse bugs in the game right now, yes you deserve it, that’s why it’s called a bug, but c’mon
disagree IamCheesin - bugs should be reported regardless of “severity.” This is something he obviously cares strongly about so definitely a valid reason to bring it up in the forums.

A way to “fix” the bug is to die as someone else (I died as hog), and then swap back to Junkerqueen and retry. I just got the spray today on April 15th, and it worked for me when I did this. I got the spray after trying so many times.

yeah i know about this “fix” but its so frustrating to have to do a work around when this has been in the game for so long

It’s still not fixed as of July.
Same happened to me! I had 4 hit with knife, 4 with axe, and 4 with ult. No Spray!!
I have video proof if needed! Would love to have the spray 
I just tried and these people were nice and you can see its at least a 10 stack if not close to 15 and nothing. Though not sure how to post my clip but i saved it.
