Joining a game and opening a lootbox voids it

When you are opening a lootbox and joining a game at the same time, you don’t get any cosmetics.

I was waiting in queue and decided to open a legendary lootbox (the one i got in the battlepass). When i clicked on open, the queue found a game and sent me to it. I didn’t have the time to see what i got.
When the game ended i was sent back to the “opening a lootbox” screen, but there were no items shown. It is now 2 days after this happened and my “History” page didn’t update since then.

This is a known bug that happens while opening lootboxes and it finds a game. Been happening since lootboxes came back. It’s best to make sure you are not actively queing to ensure you get your items from the lootbox.
