Just a quick remark on the topic of the possible hero 30 name. In France (at least), people can be either named Jean ; Baptiste OR Jean-Baptiste. Any of these is fully fledged, acceptable, name.
Using Baptiste in spite of Jean-Baptiste is, in general, NOT OKAY.
My best guess is that either Jean-Baptiste Augustin’s nickame is Baptiste ; or that it’s an acceptable nickname in Haiti.
I hope this is intentional. If so, why ?
