Yes, kinda strange for a meta pick to not only be low but have the lowest winrate of all heroes. Especially since Reaper is relatively easy to play.

What is strange is the importance one may put on weekly win rates.
Reaper is EASY. Its not like Sombra where you need flawless team coordiantion to get value. Hes a pick up and do work hero.

Reaper’s WR was 100% in november if you care so much. He sucked back then too.
Infact she is A LOT good if there’s a Reaper with her, they can both flank, and if they use the ults together is one of the deadliest combos of Overwatch and i love it 
I am honestly not even sure he will be good after these changes but he will be less terrible.
