Mercy is still a must pick if you want to win. There’s zero reason to pick Ana when you get more value out of Mercy for less effort.
It’s almost been a year now that Mercy is a must pick. Resurrect on cool down is not balanced - it’s time to try something else.
If you don’t want a straight nerf, how about this:
- resurrect becomes instant again
- resurrect can only be used during Mercy’s ultimate
At least then Mercy’s power over the other healers won’t be so obvious ten seconds into every game.
