Eh sure, if recall is on a cd as long as it is in HoTS.
Nah, she’s fine! Her HP helps factor as a skill for her and helps weed out the better tracer players from the ‘never should play tracer’ players.

Ball is a big ol round ball, tracer is literally a twig. The health makes sense, tracer can easily go a whole fight without taking a single hit. Ball can’t, as typical with tanks.

Tracer is fine. Only nerf I’d be ok with is a full range revert and even that is unnecessary imo.

If Tracer gets more hp, to balance that out, her blinks need to either have a longer cooldown or shorter distance per blink.
The high mobility is the main reason why she has low hp compared to every other hero & the small hitbox. But increasing the hitbox size makes no sense since she has to be in close/mid range in the first place to deal effective damage.

Do we want another Brig, or a hero built to counter her but counters two thirds of the cast on release? I would hope not

Tracer, Moira/Mercy (I forget which of the supports).
They lean when they strafe. Their entire hitbox, shifts diagonally.
Remember we have no movement acceleration. This rapidly displaces Tracer’s hitbox and critbox when she AD-strafes or AD-spams.

Tracer is already at top of DPS category and she has 299 potential HP at any given time, plus the most mobility, I think she’s perfect candidate for 150hp
