I mean, whether they happened at the same time or not, those nerfs still came about from the 25hp buff. He lost dps to become more tanky. With all the complaints about how much damage flies around in this game, you would think people would be happier he moved in this direction instead of being the health shredder that he used to be. Given the choice, I much prefer to fight his current incarnation.
