swap? dont even have to kill her u can just troll her with damage or a dive hero so she has to run away or reset
if not you can also use hitscan deterrent like high damage projectile weapons or shields
if someone is being diffed by a mirror pick then they should find another way to get value out of their role. you can maybe help with an appropriate counter-pick, but if theyre the only one dying then they might need to figure it out
Tell your level 1 crook Widow to get a girlfriend and invite that level 999 Mafia Boss to go Sombra and decimate their Server Admin by hacking into the mainframe.

I see they pick widow: medim panik
I see they have the OW1/OW2 common skin: hih panik
They swap after being 0-10: clam
They swap to hanzo or genji (always those 2): panik
After we lose, I see endorsement lvl: mostly 1, 2 at most.

Riddle me this, OP: is that worse than having two roughly skilled Widows drag out the game of CR or Havana to a four round Widow duel while everyone else plays a bit part?

I still can’t believe that Widow got to keep her oneshot after s9 changes but Hanzo didn’t. Like, what is the reasoning behind this decision? There’s no consistency.
