Recently I purchased nanoleafs along with a razer keyboard and mouse. I was excited to get special lighting in game via Synapse 3; however, after two days of working correctly, Chroma connect doesn’t recognize that I am playing the game. Razer game boost notices I am launching overwatch but the lighting has stopped having its effect on all my devices. So far I have uninstalled and reinstalled synapse 3 as well as overwatch itself. I have also troubleshooted overwatch so that it would run with extra permissions. Also, with Apex Legends the chroma connect is able to notice that I have launched the game but the lighting effects will only happen to the keyboard and mouse and not the nanoleafs. The Razer support website is no help at all and I am hoping someone here might be able to help.
Hey there, the Overwatch Chroma API has been temporarily disabled at the game client by the development team due to client crashes. This is planned to be re-enabled at a later date.
