Always had this problem with the game being slow and not responsive unless I restart the computer before I start the game.
It always reads ign as high and the other one next to it is high as well.
What do you mean by IGN? Is that a process on your computer?

The IND is one of the part how the computer is responding to the internet. I have the settings on display on the top left part of the screen.
I ordered and installed and brand new wifi card, and while it helps more the whole game is still very jerky and Im having issues with that.
