Isn't the point of this game that there's a different hero for everyone?

The saddest part came when poor Sym with a measly 5m range lock-on which actually allowed some handicapped people to play, and Blizz was even honored for this, turned their back on it and caved to the aim-babies.

I know Sym losing her lock on still affects disabled players today.

Overwatch profited massively on disabled players, parading about how inclusive their game is yet ignore their feedback entirely. ”

It’s such a shame they reduced the hero pool available to disabled players. And it’s not like Sym is much better of a hero now than she was back then. So what did they actually accomplish?
