Is Torb's turret damage affected by Ability Power?

I can’t tell you. It’s probably a balancing mechanic or something.

Technically, BOB is Torbjorn’s Level 3 turret, sans the rockets (which had splash damage). Having three stationary BOBs, could be a hassle for a lot of players.
