Yes I’m not a fan of the interpretation that Overwatch should be more like a “First Person MOBA”. Overwatch has got a ton more in common with TF2 and other Class Based Shooters, than it does League of Legends or World of Warcraft Arena.
And that designing Tanks in such a way that doesn’t improve queue times is effectively the same a “game design suicide”. It’s kind of non-negotiable.
I’m fine with Sigma having good damage, and having a stronger barrier.
The tradeoff is that he’s more vulnerable without his barrier. i.e. “Diveable”.
As far as the stun combo, I’m actually okay with a bigger stun at longer ranges. Just not sure if I’d start it at 15m or 20m. At that point it’s genuinely a skillshot, and isn’t really relevant to Dive.
Maybe add a “Hammond Fireball” effect to the rock when it’s reached stun distance.
