A lot of us uninstalled to do this now so, hackers are more of the player base. I reported an afk player, he was ban 15 minutes later. Also ranks, silver 2 top 15% right now

This game is for cheaters only at this point. Last remaining legit players are leaving for other games. Game is so dead that most games are decided, by who has more aimbots in their team or who toggles ragehacks first. EOMM and dynamic rigging algorhitms are just a cherry on top.

I haven’t heard anything about this bug but thank you.
I still have to treat it as the same since it is unusual video game operations behavior.

I have seen it happen in my games no fewer than a dozen times. Each time is during or shortly after junkrat uses his tire. I have killed him in this state many times when this happens and you can verify in the replay that he takes damage during this time.
There was a single time when this occurred because there was a glitch that allowed the game to enable workshop content in a normal game mode. That was patched within a day, and has never occurred since then.
Outside of that, invulnerability cheats are not possible because the game is server authoritative - the client does not have mutable game state and does not have the ability to tell the server that something happened. If a client (e.g. you) informs the server that you shot in a direction and the server replays that action locally and determines junkrat was standing there, he takes damage, end of story.

if you set the speed to 0.25x and go to 0:00, you will see them do a REALLY really fast 180, all the cheaters I came across ALL do this 180 thing at the VERY start.

Yeah they have tells for each other. It’s a whole language they really think people don’t see.
So many cheaters in this game now. Free overwatch. Ban the cheaters.

Still, a month later. Yes there are that many cheaters in this game right now. And half the posters on the forums are in on it lol. So sad.
