Usually =/= always. It’s something important to not be absolute in your judgment of body language. Yes you should always report people for toxic chat, no you should never report people for tbagging. That’s outrageous. In OWL when it happens, it is referred to as “victory squats”. It happens very frequently in professional gaming. Is it being a poor sport? Yes absolutely. Is that toxic? Absolutely not. You should hear what happens in professional sports. Mind games are a real thing. Players talk to each other all the time and they aren’t saying “you’re so good that was a great play keep it up! can’t wait to see your next moves!”. It’s part of human nature to be cheeky to a degree. As long as you’re not toxic along with it, then it’s fine.
edit: Ironically, you’re coming across as someone who is discriminatory/making sweeping generalizations about people who tbag. Don’t lump me in with toxic players just because I do something that is tradition in fps gaming.
