if a smurf is in your game then they have thrown in the past.

The text blurbs are not rules but suggestions.

The community decides what’s disruptive gameplay and blizzard sticks by the decision.

Blizzard has accepted the “suspend first ask questions later” mentality for suspensions.

You, yes - YOU, decide what is disriptive and if ‘a certain amount of people’ agree with you it becomes law.

and finally, Blizzard does NOT punish people for using/abusing the player report feature. ever.

If they don’t like how it’s being used the devs will change it.

I think generally not, but maybe sometimes?

If someone is obviously creating many accounts to get easy games, that’s manipulating SR/MMR, which is against the rules.

But it’s hard to know that someone is creating many accounts just to get easy games, and not just creating a few for more legitimate reasons.
