Is it wrong to report low rank reaper players as reaper is op at low ranks and therefore cheating? It’s not that the players did anything but play and op character. Blizzard has been mum on it so we have no real choice but to use the in game report feature to clean up the mess.

You have something strange going on with you if you’re rationalized playing a hero you deem to be over powered as cheating. Reaper is just strong against bad players, not over powered. He’s been a trash pick forever and now he’s balanced or strong, but not a must pick like many other heros have been in the past.

are you bronze? High levels he is probably balanced. Low levels he is so over powered it’s not even funny.
You can report someone for anything.

Reaper has ALWAYS ruled the lower ranks. This change doesn’t change that. The buff for reaper is fine as is.
The reason Reaper has always ruled in the lower ranks, is because at that rank the majority of us have low aim, bad positioning, and refuse to counter other heroes.
If this one reaper change is causing such a problem for you, maybe you are the problem? Adapt, Overcome.

Just report them for throwing in 6 months, when they nerf reaper and all the boosted Reaper one tricks start crashing and burning on ladder. Like the great Mercy purge of 2017.

It’s not like falsely reporting him is going to get him banned. They have too many false reports from a bunch of people to deal with actual legitimate reports. Bad report system is bad.
In what world should the game be balanced around the players who one could only imagine are playing on a trackpad, their feet on the keyboard, and dialup internet?
Every sport, including esports, is balanced around the highest level of play, not the lowest.
